Creative leadership with clarity and soul
Executive Creative Director with nearly two decades of experience in advertising, art direction, and emotionally intelligent brand storytelling.
At Glue IQ, I lead a multidisciplinary team of eight to ten creatives across brand, content, and digital, guiding work that is strategically grounded, visually bold, and deeply human.
Career journey
My creative career began at Zubi Advertising, where I grew from Studio Designer to Associate Creative Director over thirteen years.
I developed campaigns for Ford, Lincoln Motor Company, American Airlines, Winn-Dixie, SC Johnson, Dunkin’, Warriors in Pink, and Chase, creating work that connected with both multicultural and general-market audiences through insight and empathy.
In 2019, I joined Glue IQ and helped expand the agency’s digital and social portfolio. I have led campaigns for Atlantis Bahamas, Brightline, Evermore Orlando Resort, Advance Auto Parts, Jenny Craig, RBC Capital Markets, Stellantis, Azamara Cruises, and the Margaritaville Resorts mobile app.
Awards and recognition
My work has been recognized by top industry platforms including a Cannes Lions shortlist and a Webby Award.
I am also the inventor of Remind Me Soap, a simple hygiene innovation that earned a Clio Health Innovation Award.
In recognition of my leadership, I received the WINning Woman Award, honoring standout women across the GTB and Zubi network.
Creative philosophy
I believe great creativity happens when emotion meets intelligence.
I thrive on solving complex problems with soul, mentoring rising talent, and shaping stories that make people feel seen.
To me, brands and people do their best work when they feel understood. That is where real connection begins.
Outside the office
I am a proud soccer mom who can happily spend a weekend at Universal Studios and would ride Hagrid’s Motorbike Adventure eight times if my head would let me.
Music fuels my world — Bad Bunny and vintage jazz live together in my playlist.
I love fast cars, interior design, and deep laughter, and I believe joy and creativity always go hand in hand.
